Extra Persons at $11 per night per person

Cancellation Policy;
Cancellations made within 14 days of a booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 21 days notice incur an administration fee of 30% of the total booking charge. If we are able to fill the cancelled nights we will refund all less the 30% fee.
We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Direct Phone Bookings;
All direct phone or email booking require credit / debit card details for a 1 night deposit. The balance to be paid 14 days prior to arrival unless alternate arrangements are made with the owner operator.
